Our headquarters is based in Round Rock, Texas with manufacturing facilities in Mainland
China, Taiwan and Malaysia. Having a full team of experienced engineers and support staff contributing to design, development, marketing, research, management and other support services, Xium Corp. can handle the needs for low, medium to high volume manufacturing. Using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology and advanced instruments and equipment, our staff can respond quickly to customer requirements and to develop new designs.

Production is carried out by our offshore contract manufacturing facilities, which houses
almost 3,000 workers and produces an average output of 10,000,000 units per year. Their up-to-date facilities include advanced mounting machines for Surface-Mount- Devices (SMDs), advanced bonding machines for fully automatic bonding of Integrated Circuits (ICs) and a fine-pitch heat-sealing machine for LCD-PCD connecting. In addition, an Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) oven for reliability testing helps insure quality.
