What is the warranty/return policy for Xium Products?

Our "X" Products are warranted for use exclusively with Xium manufactured products.

Xium offers a limited 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on "X" branded products and accessories.

In addition, Xium Corp. offers a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its accessory products. For more information on the terms and conditions of our accessory warranty, please read the full text of the limited warranty enclosed with the product.

We can only accept returned accessory products that were purchased directly from the Xium Corporation (via telephone or online web site).

In order to return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any product returned must show the RMA# on the outside of the package, or the item will be refused. The RMA# is important for issuing proper credits to the right accounts. If an RMA# is not located on the outside of the package, the item cannot be processed for credit and will be returned.

To inquire about returning an Xium product(s), please call 512-218-4100 and speak to a customer service representative. If unable to speak to a Customer Representative, please email us at support@goxium.com . Please note the Sales Order or Invoice Number, along with the reasons for returning the product, onto the email when sending.  

Restocking Fee May Apply.
A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise not returned in its original packaging, wrong RMA#, damaged or scratched merchandise, improper shipping containers, or any other discrepancy outside of the product(s) original internal or external packaging form.

Xium also offers one year Extended Warranties on most products it sells. This service is offered as an external service and any or all charges relating to the Extended Warranties offered are completely nonrefundable.
